Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on selected products and eligible delivery locations.

For products or locations where free shipping is not available, shipping charges may be calculated based on the product and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout where available.

Delivery Restrictions

Some products cannot be delivered to certain postcode and suburb combinations due to supplier and carrier restrictions, particularly some regional and remote locations.

If your delivery address falls within a restricted delivery area, your order may be subject to additional shipping charges or may not be able to be fulfilled.

Where additional freight charges apply, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on the product and delivery location. Customers can review the total shipping cost before completing their purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Products may be shipped directly from our Australian suppliers and, where an order contains multiple products, items may arrive separately.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
